This 1792 is an unsung hero among 12 Year bourbons. If you ever find it for $$ rather than $$$ it’s a no brainer buy. And look at that color. Cheers! Want a cloudy day to turn sunny? Pour a glass of Redbreast. Always seems to work. Sláinte! The Penicillin cocktail has become one of my year-round faves. This one was made with 2oz Clynelish 14 Year, 1oz Meyer lemon juice, 0.5oz Fiji ginger syrup, 0.25oz sugar cane syrup, 0.25oz Ardbeg Corryvrecken. Served in a chilled glass and enjoyed in the setting autumn sun. Good medicine indeed. Cheers!

Now also on THREADS and BLUESKY 🧵🦋🥃
