This is the only Whiskey Barons release that made a significant impression. Still overpriced like its two predecessors in the series. But now that the brouhaha around it is several years past, I can appreciate this Wild Turkey riff for what it is—good bourbon. So long ol’ feller. Cheers! Took the Monterey cocktail recipe, swapped in maple syrup for the simple syrup, et voila! The Autumn in Monterey cocktail. For something both refreshing and cozy, I recommend it. Cheers! Oooo this one has legit intrigue. Proper notes to come, but out of the gate I’ll say there’s a waltz going on here between dark fruit, coffee, and chocolate notes that is worthy of a dramatic mystery. Cheers!

Now also on THREADS and BLUESKY 🧵🦋🥃
