This Westward single malt finished in PX Sherry casks is stellar. Rather than overwhelming the whiskey, the Sherry cask pulls forward Westward’s innate fruity qualities. Cheers! I read that the distiller at Mars Tsunuki likes his whisky best in a Highball. He’s right. It works. Kanpai! It’s way too 💸 but dang if this stuff isn’t good. And look at that color. Talk about sunlight in a glass. Sláinte!
