Heavy rain and a bit of hail outside. Thought I’d brighten things up with some old label Redbreast 12 by candlelight. Sláinte! I hadn’t had the Kilkerran 12 since its first release back in 2016, and that was in Scotland! Ten years later and now in San Francisco, it is as I remember it—a solid pour for a drizzly day. Sláinte! Rainy day in “sunny” San Francisco? No problem. Head to @thelittleshamrocksf (open since 1893!) for an Irish Coffee and a few rounds of cards with your card shark partner of 33+ years. She wins every game. But I won her heart. 😉 Cheers!

Now also on THREADS and BLUESKY 🧵🦋🥃
