A whiskey sour variation with 2oz @westwardwhiskey PX Sherry Cask, 1oz fresh ruby grapefruit juice, 0.75oz maple syrup. I highly recommend it. Cheers! So far this EC15 SiB 158 is all rich baked cherry and refined rustic oak, with healthy dollops of vanilla and caramel. Any iteration of an EC SiB can tend to swing wildly around its flavor profile over the life of the bottle. But so far so GREAT on this one. Cheers! These aren’t worth the secondary πŸ’° they often go for but they sure are good. Like an extra spiced up Eagle Rare. Cheers!
