It’s that time. My quarterly dry week—to reset my palate, my body, and my brain. See y’all again April 8. Cheers—with coffee! This Westward single malt finished in PX Sherry casks is stellar. Rather than overwhelming the whiskey, the Sherry cask pulls forward Westward’s innate fruity qualities. Cheers! I read that the distiller at Mars Tsunuki likes his whisky best in a Highball. He’s right. It works. Kanpai!
