Poland Bar Hop Pt8: Eszeweria. The back entrance is simply labelled with “BAR” spray painted. The front (📸2) looks like the entrance to a derelict subway. Inside is a cozy collection of retro furniture, lamps, and old photos. Out back is a leafy beer garden. Packed at night and quiet by day, it’s a great place to socialize, relax, or get a bit of reading done. Easily our favorite stop on this Poland bar hop, and a great place to toast the end of our visit. Thank you Poland. Na zdrowie! Poland Bar Hop Pt7: Absynt has such a comfortably homey vibe about it for a bar centered on the most famously fiery spirit. And indeed their Absynth Sour cocktail was refreshingly welcoming. My partner stuck to wine. Na zdrowie! Poland Bar Hop Pt6: Such a great little bar in Krakow. Singer, named after the sewing machines, which make up the bulk of the tables in the joint. Talk about atmosphere! I had a shot of Jim Beam 7 Year and my partner had a beer. We played a few rounds of cards and she won as usual. Na zdrowie!

Now also on THREADS and BLUESKY 🧵🦋🥃
