This remains one of the weirdest weirdo whiskeys on my shelf—in a good way! An American single malt from Seattle’s @westlandwhiskey aged 10 years, 5 of which were spent in an ex-amaretto cask from Vancouver, then jointly selected by two Northern California whiskey clubs, @sfwhiskysociety and @sierracoastwhiskeyclub and bottled for them at cask strength by @drydiggingsdistillery in El Dorado Hills. It’s a Godfather cocktail in a bottle. Cheers! New notes on a BEN NEVIS 10 YEAR CASK STRENGTH SINGLE CASK. Tap that 🔗 IN BIO for deets on this sherry bomb whisky and a rumination on sherry bomb shrapnel. Sláinte! This ol’ standby always gets the job done with down to earth class. Cheers!

Now also on THREADS and BLUESKY 🧵🦋🥃
