I got out of the bunkering habit a while ago but I’m so glad I had the good sense to get a back up of this one. Thompson Brothers are doing great things to make blends cool again, and this bottle is an excellent example. Great neat and makes a killer Penicillin cocktail too. Sláinte! This one is underrated imo. A solid well-aged bourbon, priced well under what others charge, enjoyable from first pour to last. Cheers! The Staggering Gentleman is a potent cocktail that calls for high proof bourbon. I used Booker’s. To make it a bit more gentlemanly I served it in a fancy coupe (📸2) rather than the usual tumbler. Still packs a wallop! Another good one for autumn. Cheers!

Now also on THREADS and BLUESKY 🧵🦋🥃
