Finally making my first foray into Ardnamurchan. I’ve sipped a few here and there but hadn’t yet brought a bottle home. And this 2025 10 Year makes a mighty impressive intro. It’s right up there with Springbank for complexity and balance. Sláinte! There’s an old play by Anton Chekhov called Three Sisters that I’ve directed adaptations of a few times. I’m ever curious about how siblings can be variations on a theme. This trio of MGP-sourced bourbon bottled by @klwines offers just such an opportunity. Looking forward to how these sisters relate. Cheers! The standard Rittenhouse is a stalwart of the bar shelf. But this single barrel pick from @klwines was bottled at a lucky 7 years and that extra time in the barrel gives it a bump up. Everything is just a notch darker and creamier. I dig it. Cheers!

Now also on THREADS and BLUESKY 🧵🦋🥃
