Not a realtime Insta post, but this sunset in a glass from last week still mesmerizes me. Despite the world humans make being quite ugly right now, the world nature makes remains committed to beauty. Very grateful for these moments. Cheers. A late night end to this Acacia Cask Finished Westward single malt. All the familiar Westward notes I love, darker, with a mouthwatering tanginess from a zingy grapefruit zest note. That’s what I said at uncorking and it’s been consistent right up to this final pour. Cheers! New notes on FOUR WAIHEKE WHISKIES. Tap that 🔗 IN BIO for deets on this intriguing flight from New Zealand. Cheers!

Now also on THREADS and BLUESKY 🧵🦋🥃
