Good aul Jameson. Happy St Patrick’s Day. Sláinte! Toasting the day with this colorful riff on a kind of Martini meets Orange Blossom cocktail. (see 📸 2 for ratios) What should I call it? Cheers! Not bad. Very herbal, oaky, with dried raspberry adding a bit of sweetness. The last Four Roses OESO I had was a cask strength SiB aged ~10 years and it was also quite dry at uncorking. In time it aired out in a sweeter direction. Perhaps this will do the same. Cheers!

Now also on THREADS and BLUESKY 🧵🦋🥃
