The first sip back after Dry Week is always a special one, and this time it’s Rubicon Rye—my hometown hooch. Each batch is slightly different and always good. Cheers! It’s that time. My quarterly dry week—to reset my palate, my body, and my brain. See y’all again January 8. Cheers—with coffee! Not a “best of” list. Just twelve great whiskey and whiskey-related experiences I remember particularly fondly from the past twelve months, arranged in roughly reverse chronological order. Cheers and b’bye 2025!
