Enjoying these final pre-Fall evenings out back as the light still lingers. This 2016 bottle of Henry McKenna is my last, and luckily it’s a good one. Like summer, it’s very near its end, so, savoring it while I still can. Cheers! This ol’ Booker’s from late 2016 has finally met its end. It was a scorcher. Interestingly, over ice it wasn’t so great. But I thoroughly enjoyed it with a splash of water, neat, and in cocktails. (Use it to make a Staggering Gentleman cocktail if you’ve not before—it’ll live up to its name!) Cheers! New notes on WESTWARD 9 YEAR BOTTLED IN BOND. Tap that 🔗 IN BIO for deets on this American single malt from the Pacific Northwest. Cheers!

Now also on THREADS and BLUESKY 🧵🦋🥃
