Every year I pick up this annual release and every year it’s fantastic. But Lot 25 was a special one. Can’t wait to see what Lot 26 brings next Fall. Cheers! This Hirsch departure from bourbon to single malt is a perfect early spring season pour—fresh, bright, herbal, caramelly. Cheers! This one will always be a fave. And look at that color. That ain’t AI. Just good whisky. Sláinte!
