This 2022 Tsunuki Limited Edition was a model of complexity and balance, both subtle and bold. Loved it. Kanpai! This Booker’s from 10 years ago is one of five Booker’s remaining on my shelf, all from 2015/16. Once they’re gone I’ll likely be done with Booker’s, the range of options now on the market having made the brand a less appealing buy for the price. But this bottle, bought for its 2016 price? Excellent. Cheers! To accompany my classic reading, a classic dry martini in the author’s preferred manner—12 to 1 ratio of gin to dry vermouth, ice cold, with lemon zest. Simple. Effective. Cheers!
