This 2025 Limited Edition from Mars Tsunuki leans more into its sherry casks than its bourbon casks. Fine. But given my recent and lingering sherry fatigue, I’ll admit to being a bit disappointed. I’ll return to it for proper notes once it’s had some time to air out a bit, and maybe track down a more bourbon influenced Tsunuki release to compare it to. Until then, kanpai! New notes on KILKERRAN 12 YEAR SINGLE MALT. Tap that 🔗 IN BIO for deets on this solid scotch sipper. Sláinte! Out of the gate I’m not so sure about this one. Dry like a long dead fallen oak left out to weather. None of the apple sweetness I usually get from Bowman bourbons. We’ll see how it airs out… Cheers!

Now also on THREADS and BLUESKY 🧵🦋🥃
