So far this EC15 SiB 158 is all rich baked cherry and refined rustic oak, with healthy dollops of vanilla and caramel. Any iteration of an EC SiB can tend to swing wildly around its flavor profile over the life of the bottle. But so far so GREAT on this one. Cheers!
