This ol’ fave? Still a fave. Like smoked chocolate cake served by the sea. Sláinte! This is the only Whiskey Barons release that made a significant impression. Still overpriced like its two predecessors in the series. But now that the brouhaha around it is several years past, I can appreciate this Wild Turkey riff for what it is—good bourbon. So long ol’ feller. Cheers! Took the Monterey cocktail recipe, swapped in maple syrup for the simple syrup, et voila! The Autumn in Monterey cocktail. For something both refreshing and cozy, I recommend it. Cheers!

Now also on THREADS and BLUESKY 🧵🦋🥃
